Cellar Purchasing Partners - Withdrawal and Return Policy
As a company operating within the European Union, we comply with the consumer's right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving a product. However, due to the exclusive nature of our products, we have set the following specific terms regarding returns:
1. Condition of Returned Bottles:
All bottles must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any devaluation or damage to the bottles during the customer's possession will be borne by the customer.
2. Notification of Withdrawal:
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. The period begins the day after the customer receives the product.
3. Original Packaging:
All wine must be returned in its original packaging. Bottles delivered in sets of 3, 6, or 12 must be returned as complete sets, in unopened and sealed original wooden cases or closed boxes. Opened or tampered packages will result in devaluation, which will be borne by the customer.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs will depend on the size and weight of the package being returned.
5. Insured Return Shipping:
All returns must be shipped using insured transportation to safeguard against loss or damage. We are happy to advise on the best transportation companies to ensure safe delivery.
