To ensure we maintain competitive pricing below typical B2B rates, we take the following steps to manage shipping efficiently:

• Consolidating Orders at Our Warehouse
  Our wines are sourced from large, reputable dealers across Europe. Once your order is placed, it is shipped to our warehouse in Bordeaux. To minimize shipment costs, we group multiple orders and consolidate them before arranging transport to our central hub in the Netherlands. This process allows us to keep prices competitive, ensuring you receive the best value for your purchase.
  Sometimes it can be more efficient to ship to our hub in the Netherlands directly, we will always ensure that wines are delivered as efficient as possible. 

• Shipment to the Netherlands and Final Delivery
  When a sufficient volume of orders has been consolidated, we ship the grouped wines to our office in the Netherlands. From there, your order is carefully packed and prepared for delivery to your address. This step ensures we can pass on significant cost savings to you, our valued customer.

• Shipping costs
  Please note that all shipping costs are borne by the customer. Costs are calculated based on the size and destination of the shipment and will be communicated to you prior to your order.

• Estimated Delivery Time
  Due to the measures we take to ensure optimal pricing and safe handling of rare wines, shipping times can extend up to around 2 months. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your wines with the care and attention they deserve.
